Get well soon!!

Abt a wk ago.. I fell ill. It was a miserable 2-3days  torture for me.. I was bz goin in/out of d restrooms. Can u imagine.. u just left d toilet seat fw mins ago and there u sit on it again soon aftr. And that's not all.. U needed d toilet bowl too for throwing up!! *sigh*

So, wat will u do then? Can u handle both at d same time? Seriously.. I cant!!
It was a disaster!!

Hubby was askin if.. I.. I.. Well.. NO!! NO!! I'm not pregnant!!

I dont think so.. Its either food poisoning or stomach too bloated, dat's all! Hehee.. I knew I had too much food intake d day b4 I fell ill or mebe too much spicy food. My stomach aint like b4. Its a lil sensitive nwdays. Maybe, I'm old alreadi? No la.. wer got old.. still sweet sebenteen wat!! *RLOL*

Ok.. enuf of me.. Let's get back to d story..

Well, yesterday Diah was sick. She's down with fever. A high fever indeed at 39.2C. No wonder she's kinda cranky d night before. Gave her meds to make d fever subside but instead of her getting betta, Dhirah too fell ill. This morning at 3am, Dhirah vomited twice. Her body was hot too. Her temp too almost reach 39.0C!! *sighs*

I brought them to see Dr Paul earlier on, accompanied by my sick brother, Zalie.Yeah, right.. There's so many sick pple lah, not only them.. Mak and Lan are too.. Hehee.. Hopeflly, all of them gets well soon b4 Fri comes..

Ohh.. well, my eyes can hardly open nw..

And sinz both girls are alsp, I might as well go slp too..

Way back in January 2001. I was having lunch when I received an sms from an unkown no.
On the way back to office. I smsed him.

Me: Hi. Do I knw you? You are?
Him: Rahim. You are?

Me: Nur
Him: Hi, Nur!

And the sms stopped there.

Three days later, I was at home resting when I received another sms frm Rahim.

Rahim: Hi Nur! Its me, Rahim. Busy?
Nur: Hi, not busy. Just reading a book. How about you? Tengah buat apa?
Rahim: Tengah pasang pelamin.

Nur: Ohh.. Your own business?
Rahim: Tak, kawan punya. Tolong dia.
Nur: Oic. Tak sibuk ke?
Rahim: Tak sangat.. nanti kalau you free, call Aim, boleh?
Nur: Ohh.. sure.

So, did I call him after that?

No.. I didnt!!
And why should I?

Maybe, I'm just playing hard to get.. kekee *winks*

Two days later..  I received another sms, but nope.. its not frm him.

Its from someone I knew. "B"

B: Dik, Rahim suruh call.
Me: Rahim? You kenal dia?
B: Yes, I lah yang pass your no to him.

Upon hearing that.. I got so mad!! This is the second time he passed around my no!! Grrr..

I wasnt sure if I should call Rahim or not, but that night,
I called Rahim!

Reason for calling, wanted to know what makes "B" passed my no to him and so on. I just hate when pple passed around my nos esp with those nuisance/irritating calls.

That night, I was so 'cair' when I first heard his voice.. He sounds so mature. He seems like a nice person too. And I began to fall in love with his voice.

Days passed by and we still keep in touch by smses/calls. Then we plannd to meet up. Bishan MRT as our "meeting point". I brought down a friend to accompany me. He said I play-cheat, bring a friend. Hehee.. Aiyahh.. to play safe mah, correct not? =D

From far, I noticed a tall dark guy in blue t-shirt and jeans. The description was similar to hw he had described himself as. Told myself.. not bad looking eh.. Just like any "hero" in Hindi movies. *winks* Maybe I was soo "terpikat" with his hindi look that I didnt realise
I was still on the phone with him when I approached him.

He teased me..

"Aiks.. da jumpa depan mata pun, masih nak cakap kat telefon ke?"
Ishk.. He dropped my waterface in front of my fren lah!! Hahaa..

And it didnt stop there. We cont seein each other and now, that dark tall hindi look guy is now the HERO of my life. Still am happy with him and we're blessed with two adorable gals. Alhamdulillah..

Need NO-MORE!!

Recognise those?

Well, both my gals need those NO-MORE!! Its bn a straight 1-wk, they managed to put those aside, even during bedtimes. Normally, they'll slp with it. Nw, NO-MORE. They didnt cry or even ask for it. I dont tink they remember it anyway. Nvr heard Nadhirah askin for it till nw. If not, almost every single day.. she'll ask for it non-stop.

We've tried many ways to stop Nadhirah frm having those pacifiers. Still, she refused to let it go. Even if we did, its ONLY for a while. Once she saw Nadiah had hers, she'll pulled it out frm Nadiah's mouth and put into hers. Ishk.. So, to stop Nadhirah's habit, Nadiah had to sacrifies hers. Well, its for her own gd too.

And nw, NO-MORE pacifiers hunting for us esp ME!! I'm sick and tried of it. Fyi, almost everyday, I had to search high & low for it. Can u imagine hw frustrating it is.. eg, I just gave them, and in just 5-10mins, its gone and the search continues again.. Its all because Nadiah loves to chuck it anywhere she pleases.

Fw of her pacifiers are still missing till nw. It cant be found anywhere.. And I just bought those pacifiers last week and its ONLY used once/twice. Hopefully it's the last time I'm buying those since they're quiting now.

My gals have slowly quit their habit.
Nw, I'm waiting for dearest hubby to quit his habit next..
that is SMOKING!!

Our Tuesday Morning

We had our BRUNCH sinz its already 11am.

Sinz we're sick and tired of eating ROTI PRATA, we didnt mind waiting 10mins for our nasi/mee hoon goreng though we're all kinda hungry. hehehe..

Before we go NTUC for our marketing.. baba brought d gals to d nearest playground.

He too joined d gals for fun. Hehee..

Clever, helpful Nadhirah

I was so pissed off with Nadiah. I had just finishedclearin up d mess she made in one of d rooms and nw this!! Arrggghhhhhh.. Fyi, she just cant keep her itchy hands off things! There's surely something wic she would play with. Worst was.. she loves to take cans/other things out of the rubbish bin!!

Nadiah made a mess in mak's living rm. As u can see in above pictures. Messy right? Well, dat's ONLY partly of it. There's more to it actually. Goshh~ This mess was done by her. Can u imagine if the gals, tag-team and mess d plc together. It's much more worst then this, I tell you. Much WORST!!

Unlike other days, Nadhirah too will join in to mess d plc up.
But todae NADHIRAH helped me to clean up! Yup, she did!!
She's so helpful todae and I'm grateful for that.

A short day-out

I was gettin redi to go out wen I received a missed call and a msg frm Dee saying she wanted to meet up for a while. Assuming it was urgent, I agreed! Wanted to bring just Nadhirah but Nadiah insisted I bring her along. She cried loudly d moment I shut d door behind me. I cant leave her just like dat cos I knw d other family members would have difficulty coaxing her ltr. So, left with no choice but to bring both.



McDonalds@Junction8 was our meet-up point. I was early this time cos I dont want Dee to wait for me like before. Dee came right aftr Nadiah fell aslp. Dee came alone w/o Danial todae.
She's such a sweet lady.. she came all d way to Bishan just to pass this cutey dress for d
belated birthday girl.

Aftr our short meet-up, I waited for Zalie to accompany me to look for new pair of shoes for Nadhirah. So went Bata to look for a suitable pair for her. Nadiah then calld me and started pointin to sumtin. She was pointing to a shoe and then look at her own shoes. Immediately I knew, she too wanted a pair of new shoes!! *lol*

And so.. both girls got their own pair of new shoes..



Back hm, they just cant wait to show off their new shoes to their ayah & nenek..

Dey kept saying "LAWA" as they showed off.

Hmm.. act, no special occasion, just dat.. we cookd for all these for a younger cousin aka brother of mine, Faris. Previously wen he came over, he mentioned to mak dat he's bn craving for all these dishes which our late nyai(grandma) used to cook esp wen there's any kenduri. He said, he misses nyai's cooking. Infact, we all do!!

I miss her lemak ayam, sambal goreng and also.. her homemade
ROTI PRATA TELUR!!
Her's was the best ever!!

By 4.30pm, everything was ready and soon, we left to Woodlands to meet d boys. Luckily adik(Faris) didnt mentioned abt any sambal goreng. If he did, sure mak gonna make us cook dat too and if we gonna cook it, I dont tink we'll be able to fnish cookin before d nx "shift" comes in to use d kitchen at 4pm. Hehee..

We sure brought back a lot of things frm their mini garden.
Zali was saying, its as though we just got back frm kampong or wat.. *lol*
