I have no other extra pair of glasses or even a pair of contact lens. *sigh* I guess I need to go down Bishan soon to get it change. And I tink I shd get a pair of contact lens too for emergency cases like this. Hmm..

But hw to go out w/o my glasses? Its sure will be a blurry vision for me.. But I dont have a choice I guess.. Or maybe I have.. I tink I shd go out like this..

@the playground

I brought them down to the nearest playground ard my neighbourhood. I've bn promising them to bring them over for the past fw days but too bad, the weather aint giving them any chances to go and have fun. But todae.. there's no more excuses. Futhermore, I needed to buy some stocks for my kitchen.

Both my girls had fun esp for Dhirah. As for Diah.. her fun was a lil bit restricted. I cant just let her off to play on her own. Her lil movements are important. She's bn quite mischief lately and I dont wish any mishap to happen. But its important to observe Dhirah frm far as well  too. She's clumsy at tyms as well as a timid one. Hehee..

Half hour of fun is enough for them. When told to go hm, they didnt make any noise but instead.. they hold my hands, happily singing songs which I dont even knew of. *lol*

Family Dinner

We had dinner @Sakunthala's Food Palace.

We had planned nong nong ago to have dinner here again this July.
Reason, to celebrate our parent's 30th Wedding Anniversary.
But everyone's schedule was tight so, celebration was belated. 

Still, our family was incomplete todae cos hubby aint ard. He's gotta wrk.
 *sigh* So, only me and girls joined the others.

Wel, its supposed to be our treat todae but in d end.. its baba who foots the bill.
Thx, ba!! "Lain kali.. blanja la lagi ya".. *Winkss*

We sure had a yummylious dinner earlier on.. even though there aint any lobsters or crabs for me to satisfy my tummy this tym round. Hahaa.. I still remembered when I'm still pregnt wif Nadiah. I was craving for lobsters and crabs then and baba had to pay for it.. total for all, almost cost him $400!! Ishk..



Aftr dinner.. we went over to bring the girls see the two Merlions.. Dhirah was excited. I can see Diah too. I guess.. I've got to ask hubby to bring us there again nx tym and probably during the day sinz previously we've bn here also during the night.

Another DISC ERROR

Remember this Hindi vcd movie I bought abt fw wks back? Well, I went Mustaffa Centre yest and bought the same movie AGAIN. Yup, I've got two of this nw. Reason, I had prob viewing disc 2&3 of the first set. And hubby supposed to get it changed but NO..

He forgot all abt it and instead, told me to get a new one and so we did!

B4 purchasing, hubby requested to do a test play on the vcd, just to check if the disc are not faulty. He scared if d vcds still cant b played back hm. D guy only checkd on one of the disc though. I askd for another disc to be checkd too but he said, "Its ok. This is a new movie so shd be ok". Hmm.. ok then.

Back hm.. aftr watching Shah Rukh Khan's Signature Collection,
Dhirah handed the movie vcd to us, hoping to watch it next. Hubby insert "Disc 2" and
YES, it works!!

But our excitement ended aftr we inserted "Disc 3". It still cant be played.
Both hubby and I wondered..

Why? Why? Why? *scratch head*

Is our player faulty?

Hmm.. I doubt so.. cos we have no prob playing other vcd/dvd movies except for this one movie..

Hubby was askin.. "Do we have to buy the 3rd set to watch DISC 3?" Hehee..

Who broke it?

I was busy watchin Hikmah earlier on when Dhirah kept pestering me to switch on her Barney movie but I turned her down, several times.

Once I'm done with Hikmah.. Dhirah showed me the Barney cds again and I cant turn her down this time. She would cried out loud if I dont. I askd her for her cds and she handed me. To my surprise.. I found the disc was in this state.



Yeah.. Its broken!!

Sumone broke it.. Its either Dhirah herself or Diah. I confronted Dhirah and she said, its adik who broke it. Hmm.. I dunno, perhaps its true. Diah has alwez bn the one spoilting things in the house.

Now.. there's only disc ONE for d movie.. NO MORE disc TWO..

I guess, needed hubby to go hunting again for the disc two. *winks*

While other children are in probably in bed nw..

while drinkin their strawberry milk..

Nadiah's checkup @poly went smoothly. She's a one strong girl. She didnt cry a bit when she was bein jab. But then she became quiet for a while though. Hubby and I was worried. Nahh.. its just for a while.. soon aftr we reachd mak's plc, she was one mischief girl. Hahaa..

Ltr that noon, I left d girls under mak's care. I went out.. I went to apply a part-time position @Guardian. Just tryin out my luck. By nx wk.. I'll get the answer wder I got it or not. Hmm.. I'll just wait. =)

Wat happen todae..

The clock strikes 12am sharp and soon aftr.. I received fw smses frm fellow family and frens.. Hubby was still at wrk.. so called him up to wish him "Happy Anniversary".. As for the kids.. well, they were both still wide awake and they were playing these..

Celebration @Swensens

We went out to Suntec City todae. Its bn a while since I last went with hubby. D previous visit there was with mak and d others.

First, we went Toy R Us and there.. Dhirah wanted a PAPA BARNEY!!

Yeah.. a BIG one!! Told hubby not to get it for her but hubby said its ok. Its bn a while sinz he last bought her any present. Hmm.. ok lor.. Its hubby's who's paying anyway..

But poor adik.. she didnt get any thing todae. But hey.. waitt!! We did buy sumtin that for her too. We bought locks frm safety first to keep her awy frm my kitchen cabinets. Hehee..

We then had dinner @Swensen's. Come, lets view the pics instead.

Morning Outing

Went out early morning todae.. Hubby sent me and kids to bishan while he's off to send our trajet for servicing. Both girls are happy cos they got to play with dearest uncle and grandma.

Ltr that noon, b4 heading home. Hubby brings us to Upper Pierce Reservoir. His motives was to let his daughters see MONKEYS!! Hehee.. Both Dhirah and Diah loves to see those monkeys playing together. But poor mama was afraid to even open d windows. Hehee.. I'm scared, just scared. Wat if those monkeys suddenly jumped into d cars.. Haa.. wer am I supposed to run to? Hahaa..



Hubby pointed out and said.. "Monkey!!"
And Dhirah learned.. "Monkey"

And I said.. tu Dhirah's fren tau.. hehee
cos u're born in the year of a MONKEY..

A surprise gift

I was sleeping when I received a call frm hubby. He said someone was at the door. The person had been pressing the doorbell but no one opened up. I ran to the front door followed by d girls. I take a peep through d hole but still coudnt figure out who is out there.

Opened up the door and saw a man holding a bouquet of flowers. NO NO!! It was not hubby of cos but just a delivery man. Hehee.. I was shockd to receive the flowers and lucky it wasnt hubby himself who was at d door. If not, I'll be more shocked!! Hehee..

Later that evening.. hubby passd me another present. He had bought me a purse since he bought a wallet for himself too. I had wanted to buy him that Billabong wallet since his current one was torn. But I was a little too late. He bought himself one oredi!! Hahaa.. Sorry bie, nx tym eh?!

Ok.. pizzahut delivery shd b otw nw.. I'll need to get those plates readi..

Finally.. DURIANS!!

I've been craving for this since last week. I saw the 5.30pm chinese drama featuring Zoe Tay.

She's a durian lover that made me wanting to have durians too. Hehee..

I had told him to get durians for me aftr wrk todae if he got the time and YES.. HE DID!!

YEHHH!! I'm so happy.. Dhirah was hepi too. We sat ard hubby to wait for him to open up d durians for us. Nadiah hated durians as usual but todae, she took fw bites of it and finally gave up again. Hahahaa..

Hubby bought a lil too much for the family.. and there's still a lot more durians untouch.

Hmm.. I guess, I'll be makin some"pengat" real soon..
Now, let me go and eat a fw more.. =)

And ya, b4 I forget.. earlier on, as I was busy enjoying my durians..
I received an sms frm my best fren..

"Hi all. I've juz given birth to a baby boy at 1641hrs."

Disc ERROR

Earlier on, we went Mustaffa centre.. hubby wanted to find a cream for white spots and so I took the opportunity to get a new Hindi movie for myself.

Well, I bought this..



Hmm.. I cant review on d movie as yet cos I ONLY managed to see the first disc.
I cant played the rest of the 2 cds. Not sure what's wrong.
But hubby definately goin to get it changed by tmr d latest by Thurs. Hmm..
