Nite by the beach..

Our plan to spend the nite by d beach was fulfilled last night.
It was a great outing but our night was rather dull.
Lucky for us, Cik Ani & Cik Aim came..

We had tot of playin bingo late at night but our chief, hubby had went to bed early..
Reason, he'll be wrkin at 7.30am. And that left only me, Zalie and my parents. And of cos the girls too! *winks* And its not that fun playin Bingo with just us.. Hehee.. So, we decided to play that game, next week instead as they'll be more others joinin us. Insya'allah..

I couldnt sleep.. Spent my nites tossing here and there.. The girls took their turns to get cranky. Hmm.. When its time to send hubby off to werk.. I accompanied Zalie. And the girls too went with us. Hehee..

And I spent my whole journey sleepin!
*lol*

Now, we're all so shagged.. We needed our rest badly.. There'll be another one nx week.. Have to start plannin frm now.. Ohh well, leave it till tmr..

Now, I wanna get back to sleep! *lol*

We're goin Pasir Ris Park again this week. Had planned to stay till tmr noon..

Why I was there?


I've sent my Nokia N82 for service!!
Argghhh..

(I'm missin my darling N82 terribly now.. *sobs*)

Reason for the service..

I found out this mornin that the snaps I took looked dark even when the flash was in use.. So hubby suggested to bring it over to Nokia Care and let them have a look at it.. Now, I have to wait for at least 3-5days for their calls..

Please dont make me wait too long, ok?

I dont even know what was that substance.
Wonders if its eg. sweets, rice or flour..

I even wondered how in the world it gets there..
cos that bed-sheet are clean.. had been washed and hung mths ago..
and its on top of my high container.. dont tink the girls managed to eat nitin frm up there.. *scratch head*

But no wori abt the ants.. they've gone back to their respective nests now..
None of the ants are killed.. I wouldnt want to be like the boy in "Ant Bully"!
hahaha..

Them on TV!

Hubby and I often made 3G calls esp when he's too "FREE" at work
or when he misses us.. *awww* hehee..

Then hubby remembered that the Nokia N82 could be plugged-in to the tv and so, we gave it a  try. Plugged-in the necessary cables and tadaa.. its up!

The girls were both excited seing hubby's face on
the big tv screen.
And they were veri much excited seeing themselves on screen too.. *lol*





They pointed to the tv saying..

"MAMA.. tu kakak!!
Mama.. tu adik kan?!"
*LOL*

Door bells..

As early as 9am.. the door bell rang!

Picnic @Pasir Ris Park

We had planned to go to one of the beaches todae..
And when it rains earlier on.. we thought our plans had to be cancelled.
But no, we still go ahead with it only aftr the rain had stopped. hehehe..

We headed down Pasir Ris Park for two reason..

Firstly,
we've never had any picnic
there despite having chalets for almost every yr at the nearest resort.
Oh well, nvr.. been there now and it was a great outdoor activity we've had this week..

Secondly,
we had thought of booking 2 chalets for d upcomin events.. that is for
Nadiah's 2nd Birthday Bash

but too bad.. we've been dissapointed.

Costa Sand is fully booked on Sat, 5th April. *sigh*

We've come up with few plans for the following 2 weeks..
Hopefully things turn out as great as todae's..

I had planned to make some
"Fried Spaghetti"

but
I couldnt get any tomatoes so I find other alternative..
and so, I made these instead

Nadhirah's false alarm..

She played.. She laughed.. and disturbed others..

See.. how cheeky this two father and daugther were.. hehehe..





but sadly.. half an hour later..


She fell ill..

She vomitted twice earlier on.
Not sure due to what..
Had her temp checked.. its 36.7C

Err.. FEVER?! No.. but almost right?

Had given her meds.. panadol syrup. Had rubbed vicks on both her chest/back.
Stood next to her till she's fast asleep.

Dhirah too was given vicks vapour rubbed on both her chest/back. I guess she's abt to catch a cold or mebe she had cos she's now having blocked nose.. and a lil bit of coughs. Could hear she's got plenty of phelgms in her..

And btwn that 2am till like 5am earlier on.. Dhirah kept tellin me that she wanted to vomit. And she actually standby near the toilet bowl in case she really goin to throw up with not wearing her t-shirt on. I guessed she's afraid to have stains on it.. hehehe..

But no.. all those are just false alarm!

Both girls are fast asleep and hubby's gone to work..
And me? Still wide awake.. standing by,  just in case Dhirah wakes up again
and decide to "vomit" again.. =D

Mini picnic @changi

Last Sat, instead of goin Tanjung Rhu, we went Changi..

And the outing was as great. It was as windy as Tanjung Rhu. But I didnt go for any powerwalk that day.. too many pple ard.. hehehehe..

Towards the end of the outing, we get to meet with Ctea's parents! hehehe.. Well, its been 3years the young couple dated and finally, the parents get to meet up although they are staying rather near.. Hmm.. abt 10-15mins of walkin distance.. hahaha.. they're "neighbours"(sekampung pe.. org bishan!) But all these years.. they never bumped into one another.. Hehee..

What a coincidence eh.. sure, you guys didnt plan it? *winks* hahaha..

We've been separated again by distance..

He's at home(sengkang) while I was at Bishan.
Spending the days here again since last Thursday.

Yesterday, before Zalie & I set off to wash the car.. We went to sengkang first.

Hubby had called earlier on, askin if we could come over for a while to exchange our mobile phones.. Of cos, I agreed knowing what phone he's giving me.. hehehe

Last Monday, our stay @bishan had ended. So we went back home.. Back home, we spent the time together with dearest hubby who had bn sick for days. As we cant get to slp as yet.. Hubby henna-ed our hands. hehehe..

He's not well and alone!

Hubby aint feeling well since last Thursday but
only yesterday that he went to see the doctor and get MC for one day..

Todae, he's supposed to get back to work but I was shocked to receive his call saying he's on 2days MC till Mon! He had visited the doctor again this morning and was given a jab. Doctor said, if he's still not well by Mon, he's got to go for a blood test.

Reason, suspected for Dengue Fever!!
Ohh my..

I felt guilty when he visited me and girls @mak's plc earlier on. He said its ok. He can at least rest peacefully at home w/o us around but I'm worried.. Who's gonna take care of his meals then? He said, nvm.. he'll find his own food.

Well, he's the one who encourage me and girls to slp over @mum's plc during the weekend. Its because he wanted to let the girls or even the grandparents to spend time with one another since nw, its difficult as Dhirah had started schooling. So, its only on weekends or during the school holidays that they can really spend time together.

At the same time, its for me as well.. Cos I can go for my power-walks.. =)

Bie.. I really hope you rest well and please eat ur medicines regularly, ok!

Dhirah's Artwork!

This is the fw pieces of Nadhirah's art works!

Well, there's more of it..

And I'm proud of her.. Was goin through her English & Mathematic and was impressed with her school works. Tried pointed out some pictures pretending not knowing it.. she told me "This clown, hands.. Dhirah circle circle kaki! Dhirah draw, colour this!"

And I could see few improvements in her since she started to go to school.

First example:
Hubby was holding her books and she wanted it..
"Ayah.. I want this book!"

Second example:
I brought her to library.. she doesnt like the book I chosed..
"Mama.. put back! I want this one!"

Hahaha.. Clever kan?

These phrases may be simple for some parents..
but for me, its unsual.. we hardly hear her saying phrases like that at home..
So its like surprises for us.

Her teacher told me, Nadhirah was a quiet student.. She do join in during the class activities but she hardly communicate with teacher.. err.. she do speak but softly. Hmm.. She really reminds me of myself. I was like that in school! hahaha.. But I dont want her to be like me.. I wanted her to be more open, able to speak up in class, asking questions etc.. Insya'allah..

Well, back to this.. Teacher was surprised after knowing that Nadhirah can speaks Malay pretty well with us. Cos she saw how fluently she speaks esp to Nadiah. Hmm.. mebe she hardly speaks english @home. And I tink I should start frm now..

But takut dia lagi speaking lak dari mama dia eh? hahahaha..

I'm tired!

I had to go through this everyday..
And I'm tired!!

I wanted to put a stop to it but I dont think I can..
Cos kids will always be kids!!

We may took one whole day to put up the place in one piece
but in just that few minutes.. they could turn the place up-side-down again!



And till now..
I cant find that "Y" that had gone missing for weeks..
and the reason for the disappearance.. *scratch head*

Now, hubby had locked up the room.. hehehe..

So girls, be good ok.. den ayah will let u in again pretty soon.. *lol*

Me & mee!

Yesterday, we ate out.. and I saw this guy eating mee goreng aftr he had finished eating his plate of roti pratas.. hehehe.. btul nye lapar agknye la tu.. =D

And Zalie was askin/tellin me me these..

"Kak.. ko rindu tak mee goreng yg mak masak few years back.. the kind yg basah2, yg byk rempah.. aku rindu ah.. da lama kan dia tak msak gitu.. skrg2 dia msak tak sedap ah.. lokek rempah, kering and slalu masin! nx time, ko msak kan aku bole? tpi ku nak kuey teow nya.."

Hahahaa..

Well, I made that wetty mee goreng special todae..
not for Zalie

but

I had made it for myself and
of cos for my neighbour again.. hehehe..


Too bad, there aint any tau-geh available..
Its would have been much betta and crunchier..

Fun-time with Barney's

Besides the BJ & BabyBob's soft toys, hubby had bought this too for her lovely girls..

Dhirah had fun colouring them with help frm beloved ayah..
And hubby made me join in the fun as well..

He had askd me to colour at least 2pcs where he intend to get it framed and hang in the girl's room. Hmm.. A gd idea.. Once d girls knows how to colour beautifully.. we'll exchange the art pieces to theirs instead.. I'll wait for the time to come.. hehehe..

Nx morning.. Nadhirah continued colouring with Nadiah..
They really had fun.. Actually me too.. *blueks*

And at the end of it.. I had hard time to clean off the marks they left on their petite hands! hahahaha..

Spoiling them again..

Hubby got back at abt 2am..
Asking if the girls are asleep and of cos they were..
But he made me woke the girls up..

Only Nadhirah was awake..
Nadiah was already sound asleep.

Reason for the wake up call..
Just to show them what he had bought for them earlier at wrk..
He said, he had been eyeing this shop @Changi Airport, T3.. hehehe..
