Syukur Alhamdulillah..

Ramadhan leaves and Syawal is here again..
Its so sad to leave Ramadhan right?

Thanks to HIM, I managed to fast for a full 28days.
Syukur Alhamdulillah.

And that's not all.. I'm happy with hubby's achievements too.
Alhamdulillah.. Alhamdulillah. A great improvement from him!

Of course.. I'm happy and contented!!

Will I be there to meet Ramadhan next year?

When I got home last night.. I got shocked!!

Yesterday, we spent the whole night cleanin the store room.
Getting rid of all the old stuffs. Now, the room is clean and spacious.

Aftr that, I tot of cleanin this room which was in..

But changed my mind.. I tot, I'll just let them messed it for another day..
I'll clean it all up just before I leave for mum's place tomorrow.

Only then it will stays clean n untouched till Syawal comes nx wk.

Now waiting for hub to come home, so that we could do the kitchen together.
Actually, I started earlier but stopped halfway.. why?!

Coz there's a dead lizard in the kitchen and yup, I killed it! Hahaha..

His 36th Birthday celebration

He supposed to be working on afternoon shift but instead, he went to take MC!
He doesnt want to miss spendin his birthday with us! hehehe..

But too bad he had to wait till the girls and I come home that night.
Well, you see.. after work, I have to go and fetched the girls at mum's place first
before we could all go back to Sengkang every Friday night.

Before we left for home, I managed to get a cake from Prima Deli.
Presents?! KIV first ok.. hehehe..

While hubby went to park dad's car, I got the table and cake ready.
The girls then greeted him once he stepped in..

We meet again..

Yes.. the three mums meet again yesterday.. this time we went shopping at Geylang.

Our first stop was at Singapore Post where we had iftar together at Long John Silver. We had a hard time finding empty table. Thanks to Nur for her continuous patience waiting for the love-birds to finish their foods. hehehe..

Then we explore the bazaar nearby.. didn't really finish the whole stretch.. cos it seems so many of the same stalls everywhere selling those nice beautiful kebayas, capals, flowers and pots etc.. And so, we decided to go Tanjung Katong Complex next.

I still cant forget the incident at First Lady..
"Sorry cik, da habis!" hehehehe..

Things like this are just normal. One time, they can call u "cik" or in minutes change to "kakak" or vice versa! This applies to all.. not only the youngsters nowadays.. They can never differentiate the age groups.. But the most ridiculous ever was when a far older than u at one point blindly mistook you for a friend's mother or worst.. grandmother! *slaps forehead*
And I'm pretty sure, she needs to get her eyes checked!

Oh yes.. there's one more unforgettable incident.
We almost fell off the stairs!

Luck was on our side that day. None of us fall. hehehe.. I guess if we really fall off those stairs.. The three of us would leave TKC and head home straight instead of continuing the tour! And I will swear not to go there ever again.. hahahaa..

And definitely will miss the chance to meet my buddy, Fairuz aka Caprinaiz!

New-Not Set

Remember this sofa set?

And for the one whole week, we've been searching for a new set..
not exactly a new set, mebe a used but still in gd-condition will do too.

We searched online and found few sofas but had difficulties find the coffee table to match the sofa we've got for ourselves. But thanks to Nur(nz7679), we found one.

and we finally had it collected yesterday with Wahid's help.

How do you find it? Do you think its worth the money?

Ok la.. can still use it for the next 1-2yrs till we get a brand new one..
and by then, the girls are big enuf to take gd care of our things at home. Insya'allah..

I bought it all including the rocking chair below for $200.

Gone shopping!

I've gone shopping again!! *giggles*

I've got two pairs of tops & pants for work. A pair of shoes frm Charles & Keith.
I tink I've got to buy another pair of shoes for raya and probably get my contact lenses by next week too. hehehe..

Besides the above.. My hands are itching to get a new handbag too.
Told myself, why not get a simple bag..

I askd hubby if we should get the house paint this year?

And he answered,
"Of cos!! Beh kat rmh nie ade artists asal bole..
Habis dinding I, dorang kerja kan!!
And please get a darker color this time round!!" hehee..

And so, the girls and I went down to Rivervale Plaza to get that tin of paint
+ all the equipment needed for the painter!! *giggles*

New Wall Colour..

I remembered last year.. hubby had painted the wall in green!!




He had planned not to paint for the next 2-3years but too bad, he still have to paint this year cos his wall have been "vandalised" by his two lovely daughters!! hahaha..

He had warned me to get a darker color for this year and had given me the priviledge to choose my own color and I've chosen mine..

Once hubby came back frm work.. he started painting.
The girls stayed up to accompany him till they knocked out fully by 5am!!

Hubby said,
"there goes my helper.. dua dua da gi tido! jap lgi knfm mak dia pun sekaki!"










And when the sun rises and shine our morning,
hubby is all done with all!!

Now, we're thinkin of changin the border too to match both top and bottom..

Hubby.. are we changin our sofa set?! I hope to.. hehehe..

Hubby vs Girls

Last Saturday, I thought the trip to Ikea, Tampines would be fun especially that
its been a while since we last had our family outing together.. but I was wrong!!

Just imagine.. we set off frm home
at 5.00pm and got home by 6.40pm!!

That was really short, wasnt it?

Why?

It all started frm her.

She refused to listen or hold hubby's hand when we went out. She was angry with hubby for not allowin her to bring her toy camera out that day. hehehe.. Hubby got dissapointed and mad especially when she continued pulling a long face.

Though the outing was a short one. We still managed to get the frame we wanted and leave home straight after that. Just in time for our break-fast.
A quick heating up of leftover's frm our Sahur and its done!

We eat together in "silence"! hehehe..
But things got betta after break-fast!
Alhamdulillah.. 

NOTICE!!

Last Monday dated 01-09-08, we received a notice from the Town Council abt the
Clothes Hanger Rack at the common corridor!!

And of coz of we're unhappy abt it coz that
item does belongs to us at all!!

Hubby then made the phone calls to clarify the matter.
I made him askd if the neighbour got that notice too but no, they didnt get any.

Hubby was told by the officer to show the neighbour the notice given to us so that they could remove their belongins as soon as possible. But till todae, they still refuse to remove it. And thus, hubby made the phone call again to tell the officer of wat's happening.



Mebe they think.. the notice was sent to us, not to them. So, why bother?!
Let us have the blames for everything.. I dunno.. Who knws!

Let's see the how it goes for the next few days.

My new gadget

I had wanted to get an iPhone but instead I got myself that
Sony Ericsson W760i.

But todae, I'm much contented to have this..

And my journey to work aint the same nimore..

I had my first iftar at mum's plc with the rest of them..While hubby had his alone at home..

Next day.. after wrk, I went back home to Sengkang w/o the girls to hv break-fast with him. Hubby had told me not to buy any food cos he'll be cookin!!
How sweet of him..

So, wat did he cooked?

1. Lemak Ayam Cili Padi
2. Tempeh goreng

"Nice not?"

"Hmm.. of cos!! But the fried tempe was tasteless!!"
hahaha..

He had forgotten to put any salt!


Well, overall.. its a lovely one!!
