All about KILOS!!

Todae, as usual.. mak & I went for our Slim 8 program.
Firstly when we arrived.. we had our weight measured..

As expected.. we had lost few kilos..

I lost 2.4kg and mak abt 4kg.

Of cos we're happy to hear abt the weight lost..
Yahooo!!
hehehe..

But not too excited though..
Cos after I checkd my progress sheet..
I realised that its not "BODY FATS(kg)" that I'm losing
but "SKELETAL MUSCLES (kg)" instead..

Its ok, at least I know what's happening..

Now that I'm back to my normal diet..
I will try to eat more healthy food..

7 Days!

For this 7days..

I'm NOT ALLOWED to take any solid foods!!
Meaning.. NO RICE, BREAD etc..

Alhamdulillah.. I can handle it so far.
Its my 2nd day todae..
Hopefully.. I'm able to maintain till d 7 days are over.
Insya'allah..

Fyi, I'm ONLY allowed to take/drink

1. Carrots + green apples juices
2. Pure distilled water
3. Yoghurt

WHY??

Because I need to go through
Detoxification and Rejuvenation programme.

And so.. hubby bought me this yesterday..



But it wasnt what I wanted..
and so.. todae, he bought me another one..

Speedy recovery!!

I visited my beloved aunt, Cik Hawa @KKH earlier on.
Was told by mum, her operation was yesterday..

And Alhamdulillah.. it goes smoothly..
Insya'allah.. She'll be able to go home by Thurs.

She's next to fall sick!

Last Saturday.. hubby wasnt feeling well. He's down with fever. I had warned him to go to see the doctor especially after he met with that minor accident past fw days but he just refused to. And that Saturday, he refused to go again and even went to work instead!!

But few hours later, received a call frm him saying..
He's got himself a 2days MC!!
Like finally.. AT LAST!!

Todae.. Hubby is betta I guess cos he's back to wrk already.

But


for Nadhirah, its just the beginning..
She's down with fever too since last night.

I've given her medication..
Hopefully, she gets well soon..



My body seems warm too..

Hopefully I wont fall sick that easily
cos I need to look after my beloved family..

And may I b the strongest among them..

My first lesson.. DONE!

I went for my KILO 123 (Slim 8) program yesterday.
It was my first lesson and wat I had learned/gone through:

1. Self Introduction
2. Know My Part
3. Calculation of our Ideal Weight
4. Group discussion
5. Set our weight target

and more..

and we even had few games to make the lesson a lively one..

And this Mon/Tues btwn 8-10pm.
We are told to go for a PHOTO-SHOOT

I'm glad he's ok!

Yeah.. A shocking news, it is..

I just called hubby just a while ago..
He sounded so disturbed!

I askd if he's alright. And he said..
"I'm in a BIG mess!!"

Hmm..
What telah happen eh?





"Well, a drunkard lorry driver had been handcuffed..
He had run over 3 cars along the side road of Sembahwang..
Unfortunately, our car was one of it!"

I said him..
"Are you, ok? Is the car in a bad shape?
Thank goodness, u're not in the car when this happen."

And he replied..


"Actually I was..
but its the other side that he ramped!
And its quite bad!!"


Oh my!!
Luckily its the other side of the car that was crashed, not the driver side..
I couldnt have imagine the worst scenario if he got injured!

No wonder I wasnt feeling right.. keep askin myself, why hubby hasnt calld.
Ya, he's ok.. He's still there giving statement to the Traffic Police.
Guess he's otw back home now..

The most important to me nw is hubby..
I'm glad he's safe and sound!!

Alhamdulillah.. Thx Allah..

Last Deepavali..

Mum had askd us to come over last Deepavali. Cos she wanted to cook Nasi Briyani for us and also for my two dearie cuzzies who came to sleep over @her plc.

So, we went over last Wednesday nite. Arniza came over my place that day. So, aftr sending her home, hubby then send us over to mum's place next.

Next morning, we prepared our SPECIAL MENU and we made these:

1. Nasi Briyani
2. Ayam masak merah
3. Daging Rendang
4. Acar Timun

If only we had prawns.. I would have made Black Pepper Prawns. Hehee.. And if only there's Pajri Nenas too. It would b even more delicious! Even my dad agrees with that. But we've yet to learn hw to make them. Hehee..

That evening, once Zali got back frm his trip to Sentosa, we got readi to go for some fun.
And we went Bowling @superbowl, Hougang. We had fun there.
As usual, I lost my game. Came in last!! Hahaa..

Back home, we noticed Nadiah had been pretty quiet and her body was warm.
And we knew, she's having her fever again.

Next morning, brought her to see Dr Paul and indeed her fever was rather high..

it was 39.3C!!
Ishk.. pitiful!! Poor Nadiah!! *sigh*



Todae, she's still weak and is resting now!!

Her body was warm when I touched her.
And her hand and especially head was hot!!
I rushed to the kitchen to take the thermometer but sadly..
it was spoilt!!

Called hubby to inform him that our little baby is sick.
He suggested me to bring her to see the doctor.
After buka.. I got changed and bring both girls down.

It really slips my mind that today is Saturday.
And so, the clinic is CLOSED!!

Back home, gave panadol and she fell asleep.

*updated @11.57pm.. Earlier, both mak & baba came over to send Nadiah's previous medicines which she got wen visited the clinic last April. Nadiah was asleep when they arrived. When she woke up, I could see d surprised look on her face.. And could felt the excitement upon seeing her "U'uk"(atuk) hehee..

She played, she teased her elder sister in her grandparent's presence. Told myself, hopefully she gets well soon.. Hubby gave me the green light to stay for a nite @bishan but I myself was reluctant. I find it best to stay/sleep at own bed. hehehe..

They left after Nadiah was soundly asleep. Half hour later, she woke up to find that both her atuk/nenek are not around. If only she could tell me this, "Mama.. I had a dream.. Atuk/nenek came by earlier to pass me my medicines.. How thoughtful of them.." hehehe..

Just a while ago.. she vomited.. and right nw.. she's still awake.. but restin in bed.

Aftr a month of hard wrk..
Hubby finally have a rest day!

Its all because, Nadiah had torn one of the book's cover 
into TWO!!
Yesterday, she had torn up my cookin book. Todae, her sis's book..
I'm sure, more books are waiting to be teared up too..



I wonder if I should get Nadhirah a new set of color pencils/crayons.. But think again.. I betta not. I scared Nadiah mite be up to any mischief and draw up my walls next!!

she's trying to tear up the pages..

Apart of the same outfits of me and girls, there's another difference..

Last year, raya was w/o Zalie as he's still in Brunei
and this year, its w/o hubby as he's working!! *sigh*

Besides a full family pic with either hubby/girls or even with my parents/brothers..
I've yet to go out beraya with hubby. He's been working TWO weeks straight w/o rest days! (*updated* Gosh.. I tot its been 2wks but was told, its THREE!! Meaning.. he'll b wrkin for a mth(by dis 28th) den a rest day!! Btul nye pekerja contoh hubby nie.. *ishk3*)

Its his rest day this Sun, but I got the feeling, he'll be askd to come back to werk. Cos even his leaves was postponed due to a change in the duty rosters. Nmpk gaya, he'll be working for another wrk till his next off days.  And that is till next Sun(28th). Aduii.. lama nya tu.. And hopefully, he'll get his leaves too!

I pitied hubby.. He's like a zombie now.. I scared if still no rest day by next week..
He'll be much worst than a zombie!!

Aftr 3days of outing/visiting.. I needed rest!!

I've had sleepless nite yesterday. Kept waking up in my sleep.
My stomach hurts.. and it reli hurts.
Almost every hour, I went to the rest room.

When I couldnt stand the pain no-more..
I woke hubby up, askin him to rub vicks on my tummy.
But still, it didnt help much.

I'm bearing the pain even till nw..And thats not all.
I've lost my voice too!!

Mebe too much intake of those gassy drinks and kueh2 ah!! hehehe..

Though I'm in pain.. I still entertained my special guest who came over this mornin!
It was Sharidah and family..
Thx for coming over, girl!!

If ONLY my digicam are perfectly ok, I could have taken pics of dos lovely kids of hers or even a pic or two of me and Sharidah.. But too bad I had to wait long-long for a new digicam.. hehehe..

The VICTORY

Syukur Alhamdulillah..

I managed to complete the 30days of fasting in the mth of Ramadhan.
Hubby congrats me of d victory that I achieved.
Alhamdulillah..

I felt sad leaving Ramadhan.
Will this be my last?
Will I get to see Ramadhan again nx yr?

Our house are all cleaned now.. Alhamdulillah..

Both hubby and Nadhirah are fast aslp.
Probably they are tired..

Futhermore, hubby got to work later @6am.
He's workin OT even on Raya. *sigh* What to do..
But he sure will be joinin us and the rest aftr work..

I was watchin "MADU TIGA" with Nadiah but not for long.
Cos she left me half an hr aftr that..

Why she left me and where she went to?

Well, she's out to GEYLANG!! Hahahaa..

Yeah, she went with mak and the rest. They wanted to see d "kecohness" @Geylang on Raya's Eve. Heheee.. And since Nadiah is still awake when they came to send over the mini tv, they brought her along too. I bet, she's having a jolly good tym there. =D

NO-end preparations

How's your preparation so far?

Mine.. ONLY halfway done!!

Still lots of others to settle..
For instance, both my toilets floors are not scrubbed yet..
Even my kitchen floors needed help. Aiyaa... Infact all d floors are yet to be mopped sparkling clean la senang cakap.. Hehee..

Apart from the floor cleaning.. I still have our Raya outfits waiting to be pressed! Hopefully this to be done by Friday nite. Curtains and bed sheets are washed and hung dry already.. Just waiting to get it hang/made. Hmm.. probably doin it by tmr..

Lucky, all window are cleaned already.
By who? Me of cos!! hehehe..

I cleaned it all by myself w/o hubby's help this year.. I guess he's a little excused because of his bz schedule and alwez bn tired aftr a hard day of wrk. So, most of the cleanin up.. I had to do on my own lor.. Haizz.. So much work yet so little time left!! Argghhh..

And guess wat?! I'm praying hard that it wont rain!!
Cos I just had the window clean this mornin!! Hehee..

Yesterday, as I was cleaning up the kitchen b4 I'm off to bed. I heard hubby talking on the phone. Aftr putting down the call, he broke the news to me that a close fren's dad had passed away.

I was shocked to hear the news. Didnt expect his sudden death.. *sobs*

Sesungguh nya, Allah lebih menyayangi nya.. Semoga Allah mencucuri rahmat ke atas roh, Allahyarham Mohd Zain Bin Ismail 
dan semoga Allahyarham ditempatkan dikalangan orang2 yg beriman... Amin..

I was playing with hubby's sony ericsson and so,
I took 2 new pics of him..

PLAY TIME!!

We went Parkway Parade(PP) after the mini celebrations @Swensen's.
And we bought something from there.

Back home, both hubby and Diah cant wait to play their toys. Dhirah was fast asleep as soon as we got home. So, Diah had a fun time playing masak-masak with me!! hahaha..
(Da lama jugak tak main benda ala nie.. *LOL*)

An hour later, Dhirah was up!! She was shocked to see new toys on the table and floors. And so, she joined in to play with Nadiah. After sumtim, Dhirah suddenly keeps all the toys away.. And I even heard her telling Diah off when Diah tried to take out the toys frm the room. Pandai betul anak mama sorg nie.. kemas mainan lepas main.. hehehe.. 

But soon after Diah went off to sleep. I saw Dhirah took out the toys again to play!! Mmg pandai betul dia nie eh.. hahaha.. and so, she had fun playing all by herself till Sahur.. and went to slp right aftr that. hehehe..

Bday celebration @Swensens

I spent few hours in the kitchen preparing sumtin for tonite's iftar. Its for the airport staffs. Hubby had wanted me to cook sumtin and for those staffs to eat when they had iftar together in the pantry etc. I dunno wat to cook for them so I made a simple, roti telur. 2 types of it.. one is plain and the other is with fillings of peanut butter, nuttella and kaya.

We decided to have iftar @Swensen's, Changi Airport todae since we'll be coming over to send those foods I had made for the staffs. It was a simple celebrations. We had fun.. but a lil dissappointment though. My digicam spoilt!! Darn.. And I had to use my N80 for all the snappings.. It seems okok on hp itself but when I uploaded it to my laptop, almost all the pics are blurry!! Arrgghhh..

KFC Delivery..

I'm not cooking todae.. Not for Buka/Sahur..

All I had for buka earlier was a slice of bread.
Coz I had decided to have chicken for Sahur later.

And so, pickd up the fone and dialled
6222 6111!!

Yeah, its KFC DELIVERY!! hehee..



And we had an early sahur!! As early as 12.30am!!
Cos hubby just got home frm werk and he was too hungry to wait till 4.30am!!

Well hubby bought this yesterday for the kid's room. I helped the girls to fix it.
Nadiah loves peeling off the alphabets and Nadhirah fixing it back again..

While the kids are busy playing/watchin tv in the rooms.. Hubby stayed up to paint the walls in the living room, giving it a new look.

By Sahur, its all done!!

No headache todae..

Hubby's in the afternoon shift this week. So, I wont have trouble thinkin of what to cook for buka throughout this week.. *slamatz* hehehe.. All I need to have is the simplest meal.

And so.. todae, me and gals had..
